I guess I am alone...*spoilers*

I never saw (or even heard of) the first one. I watched this with no expectations and I rather enjoyed it. Yes, the whole "turns out they were dead the entire time" plot has been used before (see: Sixth Sense, Hellraiser: Hellseeker & Hellworld), but my point is that I find that type of ending very entertaining. In terms of predictability: really, any movie is predictable if you try. The point is not to try - just sit back and watch.
Again, having never even heard of the first one, I found it very enjoyable. Why do we humans have to be so damn critcal.

Please only respond with either positive reviews/comments, or leave this as a stand-alone.

Id this is a sequal to the movie Reeker, than the fact that they were dead all along isnt even original to the franchise.

I sort of enjoyed this film especially that it was very non Hollywood. This is very similar to Dead End which is another flick that plays out like an episode of The Twilight Zone or Outer Limits.

However, Even though the movie was 1h 25mins, it felt a little long. It felt like they only had the material for 60 minutes tops.

I gave the movie a 5/10 which is honestly what I think it deserves. It really wasnt scary and had a predictable ending at least 30 minutes into the film but I watched on to see how everything played out.

This is better than the majority of direct to video horror flicks which are a dime a dozen.

It is worth a rental if you like these type of flicks.

I agree with you. I saw the first one and I really enjoyed it. I haven't seen the second one yet, but will soon. People need to stop being to critical about movies. Most don't even know how hard it is to produce these films, even the low budget ones. They should all stop and think about the effort put into these films and cut the crew some slack.

I'll be adding this one to my Netflix account! Thanks cdmenzel!

'''People need to stop being to critical about movies'''???
you don't know how hard people worked their ass off to earn the ticket price.
moreover, what's the use of these boards or people who make living CRITICIZING MOVIES???

I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together.

They meant TOO critical of movies. As in, when you rent a STV horror sequel, or cliche romantic comedy, you should know what you're getting into, and criticize accordingly. And I agree, a turn off your brain horror flick and a multi million dollar studio backed epic should not be judged in the same way.

And I actually liked the 1st more. I do like the fact that this explains the origins of the reeker a little bit though. But can anyone think of any other sequels (ie: reeker 2), that are prequels (the origins in plot), that are also remakes (this was a loose remake of the 1st)?

Cause I can't think of any...

^Evil Dead 2. It's a sequel that explains more of the backstory and origins of the necronomicon. But it also loosely retreads what happened in the original.

There is being critical to movies though and there is coming onto these boards and just saying "gee, this movie sucked". I think if people are going to criticize movies at least have the decency to explain your dislike to them, what was wrong with them etc.

I've seen so many people have negative comments and actually try to explain why they disliked various movies on these boards and I have to say, a lot of what I've seen is through sheer lack of attention and focus. Perhaps if people actually watched the movie(s) they try to criticize because a lot get points and explanations completely wrong!!!!
