Doesn't Billy sound a hell of a lot like Chris

I was playing this last night, and listening to Billy closely he sounds a lot like Chris from Resident Evil 5. According to IMDb, it's not the same actor, but is there any chance IMDb could have false information, because Billy in Umbrella Chronicles does sound a lot like Roger Craig Smith (Chris RE5)

Jean Grey could have lived to become a god, but it was more important to her she die... a human.
