'Pusat' theme and copyright violation

I have recently seen the series and surprised to hear that the theme music is exactly the same of Peter Gabriel's "The Last Temptation of Christ". It was written that music was composed by Aytug Yargic though. Copyright violations are just disgusting.

Protection from what? "Zee Germans"?
