It was *beep* amazing. Scout made it even better for me. I swear my pulse was pounding the last 15 mins.

You just cannot be serious. This was truly a bad movie.The actors are fine, but the writing and plot were just terrible.

I thought Marilu did a great job,but her character IMO didn't quite fit her!!!

yes, it was really really terrible. a chick flick trauma drama at its worst. there could not possibly have been any remote chance this was made for the big screen, it will be lucky to get an aring on lifetime cable.

i watched about 20 mins, couldnt take any more and turned it off. it was pure schlock.

to her credit Marilu Henner was the perfect shrew, but still unwatchable. the little redheaded doctor girl gave a really a terrible preformance, but the cheesy script and weak story line didnt help at all.

I agree completely with Luke, other than the chick flick part. This is coming from someone who has been watching lifetime for years and seen most of the movies aired multiple times. It was the worst I have ever seen on lifetime. Believe it or not, my husband wanted to finish it so I sat through it for him :\

I have actually been in a VERY similar situation 30+ years ago. The mother didn't have a gun or $$, but she had many law enforcement connections & protected her demon spawn. This was well done & MariLu nailed it!

Yes, Marilu was truly nuts and conveyed it well.

But on seeing a second time 3 years later, it is even more cheesey and quite confusing as to who is the "father" she keeps referring to.

I enjoyed Scout's performance. And Marilu Henner as the wicked stepmother. It reminded me a little of Snow White and the Wicked Queen scenario. Very enjoyable.
