i wouldn't know, Manhunt 2 was the first one i played. but i will say, it does have an awesome story.

The story was great in manhunt 2.The fighting was even better in manhunt 2 IMO.But the censored executions really killed the game.It was still enjoyable but the first was a bit better.
shareits kind of easy to uncensore the executions. you just need a codebreaker for the ps2.

shareManhunt 2 sucked. What the hell is everyone talking about? The first Manhunt had a much better storyline even though it was a little farfetched and the suspense level was incredible. Manhunt 2 was like shooting fish in a barrel and all the characters were so sterotypical but on such a ridiculous level - hicks, KKK looking guys, sexual deviants... Just lame. I can't believe this was their final version of the game. Pathetic in a way.
shareI beg to differ. I thought Manhunt 1 was way better and had a more fun and entertaining story. I didn't even finish Manhunt 2 cause it sucked so much.

At first I hated the second one because I thought the first one was great, but it grew on me. I think that they are both awesome games. The storyline in part 2 is definitely better.

I thought the original was the better game overall, this one was still good, but I preferred the snuff-film aspect from the first. Plus, the killings being censored didn't help, yes, you can uncensor them, but it doesn't add the gore back in. Like the plier kills, the decapitations and some of the more violent cutscenes, like when they pull the one guy's nose off and such.
