Rant away, episode 3 sucked even more and seemed shorter.

Whats with the shot episodes? Its like they are leading to something. And then bam - credits start roiling out of nowhere. They either should have fast the pace or have a 42 minutes episode. Or drop whole season at once so people can binge it in 2 hours.
It's a sitcom. And these are often short.
I just wish it was funny. So far it's like a revenge fantasy written by an unpopular girl.
But it doesnt feel like sitcom. It feels like an ordinary CW superhero show.
In sitcom there are jokes every minute. Here there are no jokes. She is just walking around and talks to people. Modern Family and alike shows have 22 minutes and are capable to tell whole "story of the week" thing and made jokes non stop. It doesnt even feel like 22 minutes. Everything happens fast. Here nothing happens at all and every little story drugs forever. Thats why time feels like flies fast. And feels like episode was incomplete.
They failed on all levels. Its not a sitcom and not a drama.
EXACTLY. A sitcom is based on rapid fire jokes with minimal overarching plot. That way you can get in and out with in a half hour.
