just rented a copy of this movie today. is it any good?? there's nothing on IMDB at all about it....
sharePersonally I found this... thing... to be a horrible, horrible flick. It feels almost like a home movie. ALlthogh, I must admit I only made it until about 20 minutes in, so I suppose it is possible that the last portion of this movie redeems itself, but it is so very unlikely that this is the case. I suppose that if one was a big fan of Master-P, one may find joy in watching this movie. I found no joy. The acting seems like it's from a porn movie, and the writing, well, I'm not even positive this atrocity was even written. But I'm sure at this point you have seen the movie, so, what did you think?
shareThe film is pretty bad but you have to admire this guy. He's doing alot for New Orleans after hurricane Katrina. Much more than that dumb ass racist Bush ever did.

I'm sure his efforts have been very commendable in the Katrina after math. However, politics aside, this movie is atrocious. Were you able to sit throught the entire thing?
shareI did watch all of it, but I did get restless. Very restless. Student films are usally on par (if not better) than this film.
I would not recomend this film, I gave it 1 star and it was horrible to watch.

Master P is a great guy and a pretty good rapper. Too bad this movie didn't make him funny enough, 'cause I dig the cat, but don't forget Meth and Redman were almost just as bad when they took a shot at the type of chronic humor only a young Chris Tucker's done on a level with Cheech & Chong, ya heard? Not even the Kings of Crippy hiphop, Cypress Hill can make you laugh when they try bong comedy, even though their Giant Buddha they use in their live show is an hilarious scream. I like to think Master P's a pretty good actor 'cause he's real natural, and doesn't look like he's acting, despite the really stupid humor the scriptwriters gave him in this movie. Watch him on BET in "Lockdown", a much better use of P's skills.
