Definitly Brian Cox, you can hear it in various interviews with the creators and stuff, and if i remember correctly he also did the motion-capturing for Visari, i strongly remember a video on tv during a show they we're talking about Killzone 2, and you see him in a motion-capture suit walking down the stairs like in the final cutscene.
