So the Helghan are....?

...Taliban nazi's with influences of Russian comradeship and the mentality of the defeated Japanese during WO2?

reply

... and British accents.

$ sudo make CHEEZEBURGER --mayo -off
system made you CHEEZEBURGER but ated it :-(

reply

It doesn't sound that British to me. More like cartoony nazi's or something.

reply

Trust me, the Helghast are 100% British (in accent). And I should know, hailing from the U.K. and whatnot. My only discrepancy about Guerilla using British voices for the Helghast is that sometimes they sound too British for their own good, some of the things they yell when shooting at you are unintentionally amusing, which shatters the illusion the game sucks you into. "Never compromise. Not even in the face of Armageddon."

reply

I don't think so. I'm a Brit and they never sound anything but threatening to me.

reply

The Taleban, the Russians and Post-War Japanese?
Those are like the LAST things that come to mind.

reply

Just a fallen empire rising from war under the influence of a powerful Emporer who plans to get back at the ISA.

reply

To me personally they look like some kind of nazis with british accents.

To me they are cool enemies.
