The episode that haunts me...

I can't remember the episode number, but I do remember it was a female recounting the story.

It's the one, and I can't remember how their boat capsized, but this group of friends was forced to swim back to shore. It wasn't long before they all started swimming that they realized the waters were shark infested, so they were all swimming in a steady line together. It wasn't long that one of them (sadly the other female one who didn't know how to swim) started screaming and was pulled under water. The narrator of the story said her friend's body came up out of the water three times and by the time her body came up the third time, her body was so white that she knew all the blood from her friend's body was gone. So they swam onwards and the narrator realized that were tons of sharks swimming right below her, so she swam on her back and prayed she wouldn't be eaten alive too. By some miracle she eventually made it to shore, got help and got her other two friends rescued.

Since I am rather scared of swimming in the ocean, this story has always scared me.

I don't think I saw that episode, but it's so awful.

I remember a similar one where a guy jumped off the lifeboat after consuming seawater and going delirious only to be eaten by a shark. The guy who survived said he could hear the shark eating him just below the bottom of the boat. Chilling.

I've seen this disturbing episode as well. There's also an episode of "I shouldn't be alive" that's focused on that story, you should check it out.
