Most Disturbing Episode....

What's the most disturbing episode you've seen of I Survived? The one recently about Jennifer being tortured by the serial killer has been sticking with me. That guy was sadistic. It was one of the only times when I was watching the show my mouth dropped to the floor. Like, **SPOILERS** when she said he put that gun to her mouth and then to her head pretending like he was going to pull the trigger. Omg. That got to me.

The one about Wayne and Mary back a while ago when a train full of chemicals that made everyone so sick was one of the worst to me. So sad. The only one I ever cried at. I still won't watch it.

And Christy, the girl who was attacked by the 3 men from a bar and stabbed with a screwdriver.

And Brandi was bad too. Sometimes these episodes just stick with me and give me chills but it makes you realize how cruel people can be.

It's so hard to single out the most disturbing ones. One that made me so sick to my stomach was the cult episode where the little girl escaped sadistic abuse and the cops brought her right back to the cult.

There is one that stands out to me though I can't remember her name. It was where the guy stayed in the woman's attic for 3 days before attacking and sexually assaulting her. He just watched her family and waited for the perfect time to attack.

haleybug- That was Ellen's story. I laughed a little when she mentioned the guy's ninja suit not because the situation was funny but because I was thinking "who the heck just walks around in a ninja suit?!" Like if he was walking down the street he would look ridiculous. Granted I know the guy was nuts, otherwise he wouldn't have hidden in her house for three days and did what he did.

I taped Wayne and Mary's episode and finished it up last night. Glad they were successful in suing the railway company. They should've also sued the city for not helping them in reasonable amount of time, lying, and threatening to shoot the one person willing to rescue them in the area. If the workers didn't know what to do, they should've said so!

Always amazing to hear from th ones that escaped serial killers.

I'm always perplexed as to why violent criminals can plot and plan such horrible things when that energy can be used to something productive.

every robber will use something a halloween type costume to cover themselves in case someone else sees them flee the scene. It is common knowledge, YOu are a immature total disgusting loser.

They're all pretty disturbing but there was one episode with a woman (can't remember her name) who was attacked by her estranged husband when she was walking home from a barbecue or something and he did every horrible thing to her that a human could do to another. It literally made me feel sick. Also the one where the two teenage girls are having a sleepover to celebrate their graduation from high school and they are abducted when they go to a movie store and only one survives.

Any of the stories that include children really bother me ...It's my worst nightmare to be assaulted in front of my kids or for one of them to be hurt..
The one story that really messed with me was the one with the pretty dark haired lady who was hitchhiking when she was like 15... She said she pleased for her attacker to set her free.. and he said something like " you wanna be set free? i'll set you free" and he cuts off her arms...She had to have been very strong to fight through that kind of fear..

I believe her name was Mary.

The latest episode with the woman Julie. (Just in case no one hasn't seen it yet) To hear her say this sick bastard not only raped her over and over, but had her children watch it happen!!! Then when it seems he was going to kill her, her daughter screams in fear "don't hurt my mommy!!" The final bombshell....this prick was from a prominent family, not "from the hood" as most would assume.
Just sickening.

@crazygirl 616

!! That episode was CRAZY!
That "man" was a total douche, just a sickening human being.
Julie seemed to have a scar on her brain from the incident because she remembered everything. What happened to her wasn't one of the most violent I've heard on the show but it was so hard to hear ...not sure why, maybe because of the kids?

Kids always make the crime 1000 times worse.

The one where the woman named Jennifer described being kidnapped from her bedroom at 8 years old, and the guy raped her and cut her throat. I can't imagine anything more frightening for an adult, much less a child.

AVADA KEDAVRA!!!

I had to stop watching this show for awhile because I was having nightmares and becoming paranoid.

It's hard to pick a "most", but Teri, whose ex-husband stuffed her in a trash can and left her to die, was a major one, especially when she said she could hear her kids laughing nearby but didn't call out to them because she was afraid they'd be traumatized or that he'd hurt them too.

Jessyca's was disturbing just because of the scope of the thing. Most of these victims' experiences took place over a few hours or days but she was molested and raped for years before her abduction.

I found Angela's story quite disturbing as well, but I think that's just because I've always had a mild phobia of escalators.

All of the stories scare me, but one that comes to mind is where a guy is talking about how assailants broke into his house, killed his wife, and set the house on fire. As bad as that was, my blood chilled when I realized his daughter was behind it. I cannot imagine killing my family over some guy.

Reid and Goren fic in one spot! Enjoy!

the one that has stuck with me is one where a woman was being attacked by a crazy guy she knew, and he had her hurt so badly that she was laying down in the driveway and couldnt move. and then he ran her over with his car over and over again. shes paralyzed now. it made me cringe.

The absolute freakiest episode was Mary Vincent's. When the camera panned down to both of her hook arms I was like "FUUUUUU." What she went through was incredible.

The one where the girl was on a fishing boat and she had gotten caught in the fish grinder thing. Then she had to endure the pain until she was able to get to a hospital almost one day later.

The one of LaToya, who was attacked by her female neighbor. It was a very brutal attack, and it affected her unborn child. When she explained that in her closing narrative, it made me so sad. I'm assuming the child didn't survive very long after it was born.

Jessyca's story was awful, too. It's just creepy that the neighbor was able to spend so much time alone with her, in both residences. She explained that her Dad and Stepmom didn't really seem too interested in spending time with her, nor care about her whereabouts. They probably saw Oliver to be an easy answer to an adult babysitter. WTF were they thinking?

The one that was really unbelievable to me was of the girl that was held captive in the guy's upstairs bedroom in his Mom's house for 10 years. That was crazy.

That was Tanya.

Teri was a bit harder for me to see her as powerless.

I watched another interview with her and she mentioned her husband hit her on their honeymoon, but she thought it was a one time thing that was her fault. I wanted to shake her shouting "Bitch, if he can hit you on your honeymoon, he WILL hit you again, and harder!"
I was in a rough relationship as well, so I can be a bit emotional about stuff like this.
She went ahead and had not one but two children by him, making his power all the more stronger and leaving him all the more complicated.
The reason why police searched for her more quickly than normally is because her husband took their daughters with him on the run, and an Amber Alert was issued. Police won't consider someone a missing person unless they are gone for two to three days, she probably would have died of hypothermia by then.
She is very lucky her husband did not go the rout of John Battaglia (google to find out).
Now her children will have to live with the stigma that their father nearly killed their mother (kids can be incredibly cruel :( )

The train derailment episode was aweful! As trite as it sounds it almost seemed like a B movie to me. It was disgusting how the 911 Operators told them to get into the Shower or to turn off the A.C. WTF is wrong with them??

You would think the 911 Operators would know Water and high levels of Chlorine would be a lethal combo. It was almost as if they wanted them to be killed so the accident could be covered up. It wouldn't surprise me because the Cops wouldn't allow anyone in to rescue them. Just reeked of coverup. So sick!

Although the damage had been done I applauded when it said they had won a suit for not being helped in time. I felt so sad when it said his Rels. (and Dogs) had died. It was just sickening how the Operators etc. told them help was on the way and that their relatives had already been rescued but instead were flat out lying to them.
