15 Years of Dedication
I'm so excited for Keya Morgan's book and film "Marilyn Monroe: Murder on Fifth Helena Drive". Being a fan of Marilyn's my whole life, I've always felt connected to her feelings on a personal level. I've read through many different books about her life and death through the years that contradict each other. Books that still left me with unanswered questions. Books with wrong information. Books based on the many media lies spread about Marilyn throughout her life.
Now finally there is a book AND film coming out based on 15 years of thorough research, based on interviews with over 350 officials. 350!! A book written by a historian and collector who knows what he's talking about. A man who has passionately dedicated his life to finding out the truth and history behind Marilyn's murder. This dedication comes from his heart. While some other authors have written books about her to make money, Keya Morgan's work is based entirely on love for Norma Jeane the woman and a passion for justice. A person doesn't spend over 15 years working on a project for any other reason than love.
What also sets this book/film apart is Keya's dedication to showing the world the real Norma Jeane. The intelligent, resilient woman who overcame a painful childhood to become the most beloved actress in world history. A woman who broke barriers for women during a time when women were not taken seriously in the movie industry (or any industry for that matter). A woman who was unfairly labeled a "dumb blonde". A woman who just wanted to be loved.
This book/film will finally explain the whole truth about Marilyn's murder and how it was covered up. I can't wait for the book/film to be released!!
