Because we pump out garbage like this to every theater in the country while quality stuff like "The Wrestler" gets a limited release.

If no one saw this Fired Up movie, they'd have to eventually stop making these crap films, right? This is the type of movie you watch on a sunday afternoon when nothing else is on. I'm not paying 10 dollars to see this..

I saw this movie...didn't expect much from it and tbh I don't think i really stopped laughing from the opening...ranks as one of the funnier movies I have seen in a long time....but I am pretty easy to please...90 mins of dick and fart jokes can keep me going. haha.

Yeah and they think black people are dumb because we consistently make those God awful Madea movies number one. Those movies are crap.

They seem to assume their superiority. I don't know, I mean maybe thats just the ones who are rich and can have their face posted over here...

I'm willing to admit that I might be off on this one, thats just the impression I get... I'm just sayin'

I agree with you on "The Wrestler" it is definitely a great film. However I would not consider "Fired Up" garbage. Sure from the premise it seems stupid and in a way it is, but the dialog and jokes are hysterical. You may not find it funny but I was actually really surprised and impressed with it. If you haven't seen it I would recommend seeing it before you judge it.

I agree. I won't watch this in theaters. I might watch it on DVD a year from now...if I run out of movies to watch. I don't have anything against cheerleaders or anything...my ex-boyfriend was a cheerleader in high school and still is for the Arkansas Razorbacks. He's awesome but I don't want to see a movie that doesn't look funny. I want these movies out of theaters and better ones in.

if the world doesn't understand the concept of the lowest common denominator in the film industry, then the world is stupider than america. it's a simple matter of marketing and mass appeal.

terrible movie if you ask me though. i'm with you on that one.
