Duff has got to go!!

Look I'm not saying Bill Duff is a bad guy or that he's not pretty strong, but he is not smooth at all when it comes to execution. He's learning kicks and strikes but hes still wants to get in close and lay on a guy with his 280lbs. Not to mention, whenever they let him do the fight, theres usually a no punch to the face rule and guess what??? he does it anyway. And is it me or does he find the need to commentate on every single thing. He seems a lil out of place on this show. Anyone agree?

Nah I think he should stay personally. However, I think Jason makes more unneccessary comments than Bill does, but in my opinion it wouldn't be the same without either of them.

Jason and Bill are what make this show more entertaining than Fight Quest. Bill is always so awkward in his movements, and Jason is always make annoying comments, and it all comes together to give the show some humor and as such they need to stay. Because come one, who doesn't enjoy watching Bill try to throw someone and he ends up on the floor instead?

I also think Bill and Jason are what make the show better than Fight Quest. Yeah, Bill's awkward and often approaches things like he doesn't know what the heck he's doing. But that's what makes him so amusing! Every time he talks about how his size and strength should give him an advantage against this opponent, then totally gets his ass handed to him, my friends and I crack up.

Besides, I think it's helpful to have a guy who hasn't studied anything like most of these arts before, as it's his experience with it that is more like how most people would be in that situation.

i completely agree with iamnotthepope. They both have their role on the show. Jason - martial arts/mma background who can execute more technical moves then bill, big wrestler who has to learn strength doesn't win you fights.. (all the time)

it's a great combination and i like to listen to them both! great show

I cringe everytime I see Bill kicking, also it's annoying how he can't shut up about the phrase "pro football". I think Fight Quest is a much better program host and fight wise, the only thing that keeps me coming back to Human Weapon is because of the animations explaining the moves.

I hope the series cleans up for the second season.

I totally disagree with the OP. for me, a bigger dude just over 200lbs, I like seeing a more "regular" guy doing this stuff for the first time. now dont get me wrong, I also like seeing Jason doing it fluidly with better technique...but..

as far as personality goes, Bill seems like someone I'd grab a beer and hang out with (even tho he may not be a brain trust)

Jason on the other hand, is so annoying its almost painful. theres nothing worse than a pretty boy TRYING to be funny. its like he thinks hes at open mic night at The Ha Ha Room. and sometimes hes borderline rude to his trainers. so in my opinion, if one has "got to go!!", itd be Jason. cause I'd rather hear Bill try to explain his wonky skills by talking about football and wrestling, than hear Jason saying crap like "so whos kick was better, mine or bill's?" or "yeah baby! just another day at the office!"

I think Bill is great. Since he's not as advanced as Jason, we are watching him learn. At the end of the season he seemed to be getting a lot more crisper with his movement. That guy could be a force once he gets well rounded and more cut.
