I just want to say I've been watching Zahn over the yrs(just had a double feature tonight of Management and Sunshine Cleaners)and this is the best I've seen him in-it was a delight to see a more serious acting side of him!!
shareHe is definitely a very good actor! I do miss his old sarcastic-humor roles though...he had me in stitches throughout "Joy Ride," as well as "Employee of the Month."

Steve Zahn was absolutely a joy in this movie...he and Jen just seemed to really have a nice chemistry...and loved their subtle style...
shareAs this is definitely one of Zahn's best roles, they never really did seem to have a lot of chemistry. Even the last scene, where they are holding each other. I know she was 5 feet out pregnant, and the whole show they are fighting to work it out if they can be together because they are so different, but it just still ended like they were at a distance from one another.
shareSteve Zahn is an incredible actor. Remember his role in "Riding in Cars with Boys" with Drew Barrymore. I wish we could see more of him!

I agree. I watched Management last night and I thought he was so good in it. He made the character so sweet and likable, and brought so much soul in it. He seriously saved this movie on his own.
And I know that Jennifer Aniston is the big A list name here (and I generally love her), but I thought she didn't fit in. They should have cast someone completely different that would have matched Steve Zahn better, since he was the pillar.
Seriously. Good job! I was impressed. I know I've seen him in a bunch of movies before, but now I might go check out those I haven't seen yet.
Loved this movie. This is the best movie Steve Zahn ever did. He did a splendid job. He has been one of my favorite actor, but he usually play a supporting roll. He plays a romantic lead in this one, and he pulled it off!!
It was very touching, and very romantic. I love everything about it.
He really did a great job playing a difficult roll. His character is awkward, childish, unsuccessful, but very honest, sincere, and good hearted, and wins Sue's affection. SteveZahn's sincereness and irresistible charm made it happen. He really pulled it off and he is the best thing about this film.
Hope he play the role like this again.
