Cockroaches?

It's a life-and-death situation, and you can't hold your nerves for ... cockroaches? If it was a snake (which can kill a person), I might understand. But everyone knows that cockroaches, however disgusting, are totally harmless! Just shut your mouth and let the cockroach walk on you!
