That this was the end of Dead Like Me, imo the TV show was one of a kind like 3rd Rock and Scrubs and ended way before it's time and i only just started and finished watching it on Netflix this past week so to find out that the show was from way back in 2003-2004 and then the movie 2009 i do not see this being picked up again, too much time has passed and it is a damn shame.

I too felt gutted that we were missing some main characters from the TV Show and that the film while was not awful but was not amazing did not finalise everything.

They needed more time to give us a better conclusion and imo we should have seen George finally get her lights to totally round the franchise up. I wonder what her lights would have been, the creator of the space station toilet being her last reap and seeing it be destroyed her lights lol?

They could of done a easter egg cameo from the big bang theory, was there not an episode where one of them was the creator of the space station toilet lol

The movie was left open ended just in case it had worked out and they could have brought the show back... they couldn't but they still had to leave the ending open. Besides, I thought it was great that while she still didn't get her lights, she did get promoted to Rube's job. Really would have loved to see a season of that (before they hopefully would have sent Rube back, maybe in his most likely upper management role).
