I knew not to expect much but for the love of god this is worse than watching paint dry. Mind numbing horrible garbage.

Nah, it had its entertaining moments. I liked it.

It's definitely up there. Without the women and incredible location it could be classed as torture.

The worst movie would have no good parts. This is entertaining at times, and has memorable quotes. By no means a classic, but it's no where close to the worst movie of the decade.

The OP clearly has not seen Jack & Jill with Adam Sandler if he thinks Couples Retreat is the worst of anything, comedy or otherwise, in the past decade. Jack & Jill is one of the worst comedies of all time; it is a truly horrible film.

There's a lady I know...If I didn't know her, she'd be the lady...I didn't know.

It's not as bad or as boring as it could be.

However, if this movie was made just so some people could have a nice holyday in a tropical beach resort, I would not be AT ALL surprised, because that's how it comes off.

I mean, this is _exactly_ the result of such an endeavour.

No, the worst movie of the past decade has got to be something with daniel "no Bond" craig. Or justin "douchebag" long.
