Anybody have any info on this movie?

I saw the trailer on the website and it looks interesting. Rather low budget 80s type of look but it seems like there will be a lot of T and A to make up for the cheesiness. I am not sure if it is going to be released or just shopped around at the festivals and straight to DVD.
