Movie Extra question

My husband was chosen as an extra for this movie and spent a day filming last year. Yet, I don't see his name on the cast of characters. He was the train station agent. Did his part end up on the cutting room floor? Thanks.

Was he paid as an "extra" or a SAG day player.

Extra's don't get screen credit, SAG does.
