The movie is a mess

The editing style was horrible. Not since the movie ''Domino'' have I ever seen such a disjointed and mismatched style of editing. Everything is out of sequence, one clip she's in remission and meeting a boy and then in another she's bald and in her bed. Then there's a flash back randomly and then her younger sister is seeing the lawyer.

Cameron Diaz's character randomly shaved her head bald in support of her daughters self image issues in one clip and then 3 minutes later she has hair again. Having flash backs and time jumps is fine in a movie but this film is just full of them from one scene to the next awkwardly cutting to the next and the screen fading to black in others. Leaving the audience ''confused''.

What on earth was up with this?

Also Cameron Diaz looked WAY too young to play the mother of teenage children. Another thing out of step with the plot. And the silly ''tiny corn'' teeth they made Sophia Vassilivia wear added to more of the cheesiness. The film should have been up for a Razzie given all of this disastrous film making, editing, casting and acting. Only reason why it wasn't was because of the Cancer subject matter.
