This will sound awful - sorry.. but - -

I liked the idea of it ending with the one sister agreeing to donate the kidney -

The family is waiting at the hospital during the surgery -

The doctor comes out post surgery, you can tell by his body language he doesn't have good news -

Most viewers would assume the sister with cancer had died -

But it turned out the healthy sister died due to complications during her kidney removal -

And her parents would feel awful, as they should -

And we're left to wonder if the sister with cancer, who now has a newer kidney, will survive long, probably not
