Kudos to Matt for resigning. Jeff went after him at Zoila's birthday party, and I am glad he found another job (although I suspect he went to work for Chaz). Jeff needs to learn to respect his employees, not treat them like possessions he can discard at his whim.

In Jeff's world, the only way one can leave Jeff is if Jeff fires them. Jeff takes leaving on one's own as some kind of affront. Everything has to be on Jeff's terms in the World Of Jeff.....a real narcissist. A toxic employer.
Good for Matt for escaping that awful place.
Glad Matt found another job. I don't know how anyone can put up with Jeff.
