Jeff and Zoila spoilers

Dang tonight was harsh. Jeff really needs to learn to chill out. What's he going to do when his daughter rebels? Threaten to fire her? He acts like Zoila is family but threatens to fire her when she doesn't jump through his hoops.

Jeff is so insecure. He throws a birthday party for Zoila, where he seems to be in a good mood until he lashes out at Matt. Zoila is right to stand up to him.

I think she can only take so much of what must be the humiliation of being constantly yelled at and corrected in front of everyone. It must sting when he says hurtful things and we know there only 2 ways. Jeff's right way and Jeff's wrong way. He seems like he is a tough task master and a wee bit of a tyrant at times. I get that he needs to be this way for his business to succeed and he does have a lot riding on all of it running smoothly. How many salaries is he paying? Lest us not forget besides her salary she has been given a car, a facelift, help doing her job as well as a cushy-ish life with lovely perks and presents. A Prada purse for her birthday. That's a weeks salary for most! Yes, she is slowing down and his expectations are growing as he prepares for a child to enter into the home. That's a no win situation. I can only hope that they reach some type of compromise so that their friendship of many years will stay intact.

You got that right! I am terrified for that poor baby. I remember when Ryan Brown refused to let Jeff be alone with his daughter, Chloe, and only allowed him access if Jenny was present.
RE Zoila: It is nice that he gives her gifts and whatnot but none of that makes up for the disgusting way he talks to her, especially in front of other employees. Jeeze, Jeff is still crying and whining over the treatment he got from Living Spaces!

Fair enough sonomagirl. You made a good point.
