Drugs: Fake or Real?

The drugs are fake. We see Binj taking some of the real drugs and putting half of it down the toilet, and then the other half he puts on a glass plate. He wraps up what looks like flour into the packaging to make it look like drugs, and stashes them around the house. Then he overdoses on the real drugs. Omar and Malek steal one of the packages of fake drugs when they go to his house after his death.

Neither Omar or the cops realise the drugs are fake until the man Momi says "are you kidding me?". So basically the undercover operation is ruined. But I think the main reason that Dando the policeman goes out there is because he sees Malek holding a watch that looks like it belonged to his dead brother Yoni.
