Why does Binj create the fake drug packets?
...and stash them around his home? What was the purpose of that, I'm wondering? It's the only thing I really can't figure out about the film.

If you remember, he was stashing it for his brother who fled after the murder of the jew. He made the fake packets so he could give it to whoever came to pick it up. He snorted the real deal so the cops wouldn't find it.
