I live in the midwest and it seems like everything is way different here. I just wanted to know if everyone talks like this. How they say "i'm over it" "hooked up" and "mellow". And it seems like all they do is complain about drama!!
Actually, yeah. Kind of. I live RIGHT on the border of Newport. And if you go to my school that's how people talk - "Haha ohmygod. NO!! But like, he is sooo hot! But then when I heard he like hooked up with her, I was like ewww." I'd say about 60-75% of the girls at my school talk like that.
Do I talk like that? Well... I'll admit I use a lot of "likes" (maybe as much as them, or a little less) and the occasional "oh my god" but I HOPE I don't come off as spazzy and illiterate.
I live in Arizona and pretty much every kid here talks like that... granted almost everyone here is from Southern California. It's pretty much a west coast thing.
I think I would watch life of ryan, newport harbor etc. if it wasn't so much like "honestly i don't even care right now" and "I'm so over it right now"!! IT BUGS THE S#^* out of me!!
i think the long haired bleached blonde, taylor? has this really *beep* way of speaking. i watched 2 episodes and i see the way she interacted with that sweet girl in the boutique and i dont like her very much at all, i dont know why teenagers if any would behave this way
