Yes it was.
You can tell in the closeups cuz her nose takes up like, half her face.
yes, it was.. she got her nose done just in time to start filming hsm3 (which just wrapped), so that'll be her first movie after the surgery. she did a short segment on that americal idol charity episode right after the nosejob, and you can see glimpses of the new nose in the hsm3 sneak peaks on disney now.. it's a little smaller, but not a major 'job'..
