An ex confederate who watched his family die at the hands of a former partner?? Sounds like QT could of made this film a blast.

He won't make a movie on an established comic book charcter. He said in an interview that if he's going to make a comic book movie, he's going to make the character an original.
I kind of picked this up as arrogance on QTs part, and this is coming from someone who's a fan of his films.
