This movie is just poor. Great idea, bad script and acting. The one good thing is the poster that never happens in this movie.

I agree to a certain extent, but it certainly wasn't as bad as most of these types of movies. Seriously, watch anything released by Maverick Entertainment. That studio makes Asylumn look like Universal.
shareI just watched 'I Am Legend', 'I Am Omega' and 'The Last Man on Earth' (Vincent Price /1964 based on the same book).
I have to say that I Am Omega isn't even as good as the B/W 1964 version which was produced in Italy with almost no budget.
Very poor directing and character development. We never care about these people and perhaps even root for their demise.
Stiff acting, no setup in regards to how this situation came about and continuity issues too numerous to mention.
The only positive thing I can say is that the main character's decent into drugs and paranoia were put together well enough.
On a scale of 1 - 10, I give it a 3. Piss poor.
