Interesting, then silly, then ridiculous, then boring

The funny thing is that Chan decided to become a dramatic actor, and he isn't bad ... but the movie has a plot almost identical to his normal movies. So it ends up being a Jackie Chan kung-fu movie with no kung-fu.
