Both this and Sorcerer's Apprentice were awesome movies that had a small cliffhanger that showed what could happen next but haven't yet received a sequel bid. I hope Disney might revisit either of these two in the next few years.

Since it's too early for a remake, for a sequel, they would need different kids than either Tony and Tia or Seth and Sara. There are possibilities, of course, such as a whole group of kids, and maybe some adults, from outer space, and maybe even visit their planet.

Agreed. In fact, Return from Witch Mountain was all about the kids coming back to Earth for a visit several years later.
