that Moving Wallpaper with normal looking and interesting people - survives the cull the of Echo Beach with its picture perfect wooden actors/actresses and shallow storylines?

Incredible that Jonathan Popes arguments to make the show more sexier at the expense of depth - actually buried the show.

Fascinating also that the disjointed nature of the Echo Beaches storylines from week to week were illustrated in lack of overall plot in Moving Wallpapers writing team.

I know Moving Wallpaper was a fictional production department - but you cant help but wonder if they were reflecting a few truths in regards to the writers and thinkers involved in Echo Beach.
