Going outside the box a little here, but I would pick "Don't Change" by INXS. All four parts of that particular song (guitar, bass, drums, vocals) would work well in a Rock Band game. I would also vote for a good portion of U2's catalog, especially "I Will Follow", "The Fly", or "Vertigo"...
I would also say Green Day, but since their game is coming next year, I'll just wait...

Black Betty is by Ram Jam, and yeah, it'd be cool to play that song. It has some pretty crazy drumming and some really fast harmonized guitar runs, as well as a cool solo.
The people who don't like the Beatles....sorry to hear that man, good music is timeless.
As for me, I'm happy with any and every song they put out for it...KEEP 'EM COMING!!!! I do wish they'd put out more songs at a time though. I understand what goes into each song...the mapping of each instrument, as well as character animations...but I want MORE!!!
And to the person above who was making fun of the peeps with a PS2 or no online play....chill out dude, but whatever. They will defnintely be coming out with a new Rock Band. And it will probably be called Rock Band 2. Sorry to rain on your parade! You may ask...why do they need to make a sequel if they can just keep putting out more songs!?!?
