Creepiest enemy?

Centaurs for me. They are not that hard to beat but observing them crawling through dark basement corridors is terrifying.

Centaurs for me too. Those tonguey bastards make my skin crawl. 😨

Centaurs are the creepiest.

Deathclaws are also scary AF, they look like a demon spawn.

Radscorpions are also a bit spooky for me.
