Availability of the documentary outside of Japan

I am currently writing a paper on the whole issue of Koizumi visiting the Yasukuni Jinja. (I am a history student). Does anyone know where it would be possible to view the movie outside of Japan. The European availability is most interesting to me, as I am dutch.
