The Banshee attacks with sound...and is weak to sound...

So...you'd think there'd be an explanation somewhere in the movie, but nope. At one point a zoologist states that it's using sounds too low for humans to hear...but then the banshee screeches so loud it causes people to cover their ears, and one guy's head to explode.

Also of note, it freaks out when it hears a static-y radio from the inside of a trailer, and flies off...so why didn't any of the characters just scream at it?

I'm all for low budget horror, but I'm not down with that much stupidity in a film.

"Well...I've seen enough. Come on Charlie, we're going home."
