Is this based on / inspired by Judith Miller?

I mean, Miller was a reporter at one time and she was involved in the so-called Plame Affair, in which the status of Valerie Plame as a member of the CIA became widely known. But Miller invoked reporter's privilege and refused to reveal her sources in the CIA leak when she was asked to. But in the end, she was compelled to eventually reveal them by the court's order.
So... An homage or just a good idea for a movie plot?
