In the movie, Zeke had a motorcycle that he rode to school. But when they went back in time to go get a lotto ticket, the cashier said that you had to be 18 to buy one. Don't you have to be 18 to get a motorcycle liscence???

It's possible that he was A) driving without a license (not unlikely when you think about him) or B) didn't bring the license back in time with him.

exactly! duhh..that's why in the beginning..charlie was like.."heyyy!you can't ride that" and besides nick looks sexy on a motorcycle.it don't matter.and...he was prtrayed as a "badboy" so the motorcycle fits in really well.nick's 19 anyway so it's okay.

it says to get your permit -
" Under 18 Requirements
Additionally, if you're younger than 18, you must:
* Be at least 15 1/2 years old.
* Have your parents sign form DL 44.
* Submit proof that you have completed both driver's education and driver's training."
And to get your license -
"If you're under 18, you must have your permit for six months before the driving test"
So he could have been under 21 and I'm assuming it's in California because that is where Stephanie got accepted and it was sunny when they were playing football. they also may have said it but i don't remember but the laws are the same in Massachusetts.

You can have a motorcycle license as long as you are at least 16 with parental consent. After 18, the consent is not needed.
I don't know if you have to take a road test on a motorcycle, though. ...and I have no idea how you would, anyway.
It's not so much a road test that you have to take to get a motorcycle lisence, but just a safety class to prove that you know how to drive safely and handle the bike without killing yourself. Once you pass the class, you get the lisence. At least where I live. Other states could be different just like different states have slight variations in their driving laws.

Around here, old enough to drive a car is old enough to drive a motorcycle. I think it's 15. The driving test is just geared toward motorcycle concerns.

That was senior year, and last time I checked I was 18 before I graduated.
Plus if his family in the movie moved a bit at any point it could have thrown his grade off a year, making him older.

16 in most states to get a motorcycle license. And a LOT of people ride them without a license. As to the girl that said he could get killed on a motorcycle, he can also get killed in a car, he can get killed walking to school. What doees that have to do with it?
