I read good reviews, and it has gotten stars and recommendation, and awards ..
PLEASE .. If I can save 1 person from seeing this movie, I would have made up for the hour+ I wasted and will never get back.
Poor poor acting, that was my biggest problem, OK it's new actors and low budget, but that one friend he had, I was seriously pulling out my hair.
Pass on this. Thanks !

I agree. This movie was horrendous. Although some of the actors really weren't that bad. The writer just tried to make the movie straddle all of these different lines between comedy/drama/philosophy, etc and it didn't work out. If you're looking for a good martial arts/drama movie, check out "Old Boy", there is actually a real story, real action, real drama, and real thought put into the script.

In all fairness it looked like they had fun doing the movie, but I don't like that they are saying " AWARD this, 5 STARS, BEST COMEDY that " and such lame promotion tricks that fooled me into seeing this crap ... :/

Where do I state that I did not watch it ? You obviously didn't read the post.
MY POINT is .. I wasted "precious" hours of my life on this movie, and I am trying to save others from that.
My favorite movies are indie movies / low budget ones. ( Hallam foe, Dedication, King of California, Cashback and so on ). And that's why I gave it a chance. It dissapointed me in all aspects, it was just so akward :(
