The filming location for Li and Liz's Apartment in "Houston" can be found in Sydney Australia.

15 Lyndhurst St (cnr of Darling Lane) is in Glebe NSW Australia. Point your GoogleEarth (with StreetView turned on) to 33°52'41.37"S 151°11'24.28"E or type the address into GoogleMaps.

Except maybe hills in the Heights, Conroe or far NW.
