I don't really want to see this movie, not really my thing. But I saw both Katherine Issabelle and Emily Perkins on the cast list and I found it neat that they were to be in this movie together.

I agree... I wasn't remotely interested in this movie, but then I saw them in the trailer for it on a DVD I was watching today and I was surprised. It made me want to see it for them.

I loved seeing them in a movie together again as well but Emily looked terrible in this movie. haha.

They are funny in this, especially Emily. I've never seen her so funny before because her movies are usually dark and forboding (It, Ginger Snaps, X-Files...I regret that I haven't seen very much of her films and TV) . It was nice to see her in a movie where she can be funny (Juno doesn't count because her part was miniscule).
I inwardly cheered when I saw her and Katherine Isabelle playing sisters again!

I don't get why Emily has in 2 different movies now played an awkward, mouth full of brace, kinda weird girl.
In this, and in She's the man. (i just started this movie) but someone else mentioned on here that They were almost the same character.
Aren't the step sisters supposed to be pretty and cool? Why didn't they take the braces off? Or at least give her better hair? (what i saw so far was frizzy head of puffy hair)
They make a good team playing comedy or horror. lol

I really enjoyed the "Ginger Snaps" trilogy and that made this awful movie tolerable. They really work well together.

...and it saddens me.
Katharine Isabelle and Emily Perkins were the best parts of this movie! they were really funny and stole every scene they were in. Jane Lynch was very good also.

It is actually the only reason I went to see this movie is to see the Fitzgerald sisters (from Ginger Snaps) together again. I thought it is interesting that they both still looked young enough to play high school students, especially since GS came out almost a decade ago before this movie was made.
