Shooting
They're shooting in Rutledge, Georgia today, August 6. I work for the local paper and we've taken pictures. There is also reported that Luke Perry was on set, but I do not see him under the cast.

Making her film acting debut, Rimes portrays the younger sister of a woman who turns to a life of crime to finance her sons' college education. Written by Anthony Stephenson and directed by Jim Issa, the independent film stars Elaine Hendrix (The Parent Trap), Jimmi Simpson (Zodiac) and Jon Gries (Napoleon Dynamite). Rimes performs Wednesday (Aug. 8) at Atlanta's Chastain Park Amphitheater.
yeah, i read that in the morgan county paper...my sister lives in rutledge and called me (she was very excited) and told me about it as well. i think it's pretty cool! good ol' rutledge...

The last couple of days they've been in Newborn, which is about 15 mins from Rutledge :)
shareI was able to spend the day on the set. Elaine Hindrix and Gary Grubbs were very nice and the crew were very welcoming. I had a friend who is working on this movie, so this is the reason I got to be on set. This movie is going to be very interesting and I can't wait to see the finished product.
