I lik the comment made for film brainstorming, "It would deal with Dragon actually coming out of his mountain and Skunk somehow being the key to defeating him. We can't do that in the series because Dragon would be able to easily annihilate everyone. In the same way, we wouldn't have much of a series if Skunk were able to control his stink power and knock everybody out by just farting. The show would be finished early on."
I always thought the 13 minute slots were effective for what they protrayed, but the idea of cramming in this darker plot about Dragon and Skunk defeatig him would not work in such a quick amunt of time (even if it were a 'to be continued' for about 5 episodes of something). A film version could take itright back to the beginning, then bring it up to date with the main plot and ending.
