How can anyone watch this film and not be moved

I've just watched Departures on Blu-ray and was absolutely engrossed right through it. It was just one of the most beautiful films I have ever seen. It was done in a very low key way but the acting of all of the cast was simply superb, some of the best I have ever seen in any film. Yes,just like most other posters, I was moved to tears several times by the simple beauty and elegance of the way that Diago carried out his work. You would have to be made of stone not to be moved. My favourite scene was, as others have said, the one where Diago's wife Mika was watching him attend to his father;her acting to show the transformation on her face to complete love and respect for her husband was simply outstanding. If an Oscar was awarded for acting by a female in a single scene then she would win it by a country mile.
Hollywood to do a remake? Oh pleae NO NO NO No a thousand times NO!!!!!!

This movie was amazing. I think a lot of people who haven't seen would like it because there's just so much to relate to.
