New trailers up on YouTube

There are two new trailers up on YouTube for the first and second film in the Jack Hunter series. They show the new titles for the trilogy and have a lot more footage than we've had up before.

Check them out here:

Thank you, Terry for letting us know! But you know me, I already knew about them from http://aci-americancinema.com/Main.htm. I always check ACI website and Ugarit website. Thank you for more scenes of Susan and cannot wait for the 3rd one.

And good luck this week at Cannes! Hopefully you will tell us about a release date very soon!

What happened with Treasure of Ugarit web site?

I know it's 14 months since you posted this (and the trailers) but I just discovered your film trilogy yesterday and have not seen it. I'd really like to see it, but getting information about it is like finding the lost treasure of Ugarit... not so easy. After 2 days of Googling I found the official website for the film and (of course) this page.

BTW, I was led here by Ivan Sergei's small part in the recent Warehouse 13 episode on SyFy. We looked him up and found this film on his list.

Nobody seems to want to say WHERE it was shown on TV, Netflix doesn't have it, Amazon doesn't have it. Where can I see it? I'm willing to pay to buy the DVD set, if it's available.

Thanks much!

I got copies from Germany. I'd suggest you do a search on eBay for them. Or try Amazon.uk. A UK friend sent me the copies I have but I don't know where they got them. Keep in mind though that unless you have a region free DVD player you'll most likely have to watch them using your computer DVD drive/player. I do and they play just fine. :D It was never released on DVD in the US sadly.

I got them because of Joanne Kelly (Myka on Warehouse 13) plays Nadia. It's been fun watching this series. It's a no brainer (in that you don't have to think while watching, just enjoy). It's a bit cheesy but in a good way and a lot of fun to watch. Joanne & Ivan have pretty good chemistry.

My only issue is that the writing is a bit tame and really, Nadia should be a stronger character (Joanne plays her wonderfully I blame the writing) than she is considering all that happens in the movies.

Patience is a virtue, I’ll never have. –Me
