Final season?

It might as well be. This season has been all manufactured drama, 180 degrees away from why I started watching years ago. If this show is so out of ideas that they're down to "Total Drama Trucking," count me out.

Let's hope so. But for some here the disappointment will continue as the channel has adopted a "man-up" policy in regards to shows. They have overdone "break-down" theater as of late along with the brother show Mountain Men. The first thing taught in any snowmobile safety course while being a teen is a t-bar wrench to remove spark plugs along with new replacements go with you each and every time you ride. I guess the guy with the 1950's jeep never heard of a new battery and oil change (to winter grade) ahead of the cold season.

One can hope. These male soap operas are killing television.

The only reason why this show is so popular is because Of Lisa Kelly I mean last season she was not on the show and the ratings were so bad they did cancel it .Than they made Lisa an offer that brought it back is this show fake yes .The drivers and locations are real but all the drams that goes with this show is storyline .

reply

I disagree about Lisa. I think for many it is the WWE-like story lines.

reply

No way WWE story lines are far much worse than this show that's a fact

This show was a lot of fun until the "compition" between the 2 companies. I still enjoy the trucking end of it, but too much obvious drama this year

reply

The contrived competition is a hallmark of Thom Beer's cheaply produced crap.. and it's on the channel that somehow still has the nerve to call itself HISTORY.. expect more obvious drama and less trucking...

I have a feeling there is going to be another season. This season was pretty bad and they ran it from beginning to end. Evidently there is enough of a core audience regardless of what goes on. They will probably recycle other truckers from the previous seasons for Manitoba. I think Alex jack-knifed for the camera which was disappointing. The truck was probably a junker used for the "stunt."
