That's the only purpose this show serves anymore, he's no different then Daryl, Alex or Lisa.

You do realize the producers rummage through hours of their conversations and splice together those parts that emphasize drama, don't you? If there was no drama people wouldn't watch. Simple as that. A good editor could make the Pope sound like a crazed serial killer.
