Art, seemed to be more "Real" than most of the other drivers. He actually carried on conversations with the producer and did not appear to have as many "set up" scenes as the other drivers. Just my opinion. Now if only he didn't swear as much, but like I said, more himself.
I do love Lisa and Alex, but they too are in love with the Hollywood side of the production.
Art seemed a little mentally unstable.
shareI love Art, he's got that East coaster Newfie accent and down to Earth appeal but poor ole Art Burke, God love him...... well he's a screw up...lol.....sad but true.....Nice guy but he's always driving in the wrong direction or getting stuck in snow while still causing damage to his rig.
shareArt has admitted that he has violent fantasies. He's the one most likely to shoot or stab someone. Essentially, he talks to himself, but it looks normal when there's a camera on him. He stews about petty things and obsesses over problems and mistakes that he's guilty of, but won't admit to.

He does have a lot of self induced screw ups but, no...he wouldn't murder.. he talks tough to the camera but when confronted with a person, he backs down.
The only one I think that wasn't his fault was tonight.. the ice turning to mush. I wouldn't have driven on it either and if camera's weren't on, I guarantee you that Polar would have had not nice things to say about Art and told him to cross it.
Polar is a bunch of slime balls and I notice it looks like they've tried to clean up their image (re: humanity) this season.

shareomg... Art is like nails on a blackboard to me. He is about as annoying as Hugh was. He talks tough but the only thing tough about him is.. well.. nothing.
He has a mouth that has to be bleeped every other word and he strikes me as a 30 something wanna be. Dresses like a bad ass wannabe. He can't possibly do much manual labor other than driving and I doubt he's been in the fights he tried to talk up in his earliest episodes, his hands are as smooth as a baby's behind when you see the close ups.
I'd be glad if they rid themselves of him myself.
