I'm pretty sure they are talking about the show Laguna Beach because there was no black people as main charcters from when I watched. This show is decent. But I hate these types of shows. I'm pretty sure black teenage girls are addicted to this show like crack.

I LOVED the first season of Laguna, liked the second season, and hated the third season. The only black person they had in the cast was Cami, and I think she was half black. MTV is supposed to bring it back, but base it in Newport Beach instead of Laguna Beach because of the backlash that was Season 3.

No broadcasting network will invest in a second season of a show without knowing how the first season will do, a second season is based off of the first season. Thats why there was a 3rd season of LB because the first 2 brought in viewers.
And chances are the kids from this season will appear on the furture(hopefully) next season of the show just like LB.

Anyways the point I was trying to make is that "cbaby" wrote as if she JUST tried out for the show when the show has been done for at least 3 months. The first season is in the bag. And that's for sure. You said who says there wont be a next season. They haven't started filming the next season yet.

well for one, SVU has been renenwed through May 2009? Its July 2007 so...your point has know point and they haven't any minorities on this show so far (NB)

Law&Order SVU has been around for at least 7 years, it is not a new show. (Which goes back to what I said)
